Our Company

Our company was incorporated on 10 July 2009 in British Virgin Islands and subsequently re-domiciled to Cyprus on 15 March 2016 with a purpose of closer integration with the Eastern European markets and providing for geographically central location within the business world.

Our two directors jointly take important investment, financing and other decisions which have an influence on the overall success of the Company and expansion and diversification of the Company's projects.

The Directors, legal and financial advisors of the Company have been carefully selected in order to bring together wide range of expertise and facilitate the best possible decision-making to maximise the Company's and the shareholder's wealth.

Strategy

We are always committed to our long-term investment strategy that helps us to successfully endure periods of market instability and be a reliable partner for the companies we invest.

Our portfolio consists of:

Management of investments in privately held projects, holding minority interest in:
Aton Capital Group with the underlying investment in a Russian brokerage and investment house
Igonovia Limited with the underlying investments in Russian leading company engaged in furniture manufacturing and wholesale and retail of household appliances
Serlika Limited with the underlying investment in Russian partnership with OSTC UK which is engaged in electronic trading of futures in all major asset classes
Including Fixed Income, Energies, Soft Commodities, Metals, Agricultural, Equity and FX futures
Granting of interest bearing mutually beneficial loan financing to our private equity projects.
